Data is electronically transferred to the 4-axis M-4D milling unit for producing single units, bridges up to 16 units, full-coverage crowns, implant abutments, and wax/resin models. The GSQ line of tungsten carbide cutters is designed for trimming and fine trimming of soft acrylics such as positioners, mouth guards, soft denture relines, and artificial gums. Specially adapted to overcome resistance to penetration in highly elastic materials, the carbide burs resist heat buildup to prevent clogging of the bur teeth. The burs feature a large chip space and a low number of crosscut blades to increase performance efficiency and provide controlled surface shaping and optimal material reduction.
