Zirconia Verification

Designed to allow dentists and labs to verify the authenticity of Lava zirconia restorations, the Lava Zirconia Authentication Program uses a barcoded label coupled with proprietary security film technology, said to ensure that dentists are receiving a genuine product. Through the program, the barcoded labels are provided to Authorized Lava Milling Centers, which provide a set of labels to labs who order copings; the lab then keeps one label for its records and sends one to the prescribing dentist with the case work. Dentists can visit the Web site and confirm their restoration to be authentic through the barcode serial number. Assistance is available for cases when an authentication label is not provided with the finished case or if there is a problem with confirming the label.
